Social Media Influencer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and engaging Social Media Influencer to represent our brand and grow our online community. You will create original content, collaborate with our marketing team, and use your personal following to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Role & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Create original reels, short videos, stories, and posts aligned with brand guidelines.
2. Brand Promotion: Promote company products and services authentically to your audience.
3. Content Planning : Follow a content calendar and maintain consistent posting frequency.
4. Collaboration: Work with the marketing, design, and PR teams on campaigns and product launches.
5. Community Engagement: Reply to comments and messages and build an active follower community.
6. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
7. Performance Tracking: Track and report reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. : 1 to 3 years in content creation or influencer marketing.
2. : Minimum 10,000+ followers with an average engagement rate of 3% or higher.
3. : Strong shooting and editing skills using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
4. : Excellent communication skills and confident on-camera presence
5. : Good understanding of social media analytics tools.
6. : Established presence on at least one major platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
