IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire technical talent for our clients and internal teams. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles such as developers, testers, DevOps, and data professionals, using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline and close positions on time.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Requirement Understanding: Understand job requirements and tech stacks from hiring managers and clients.
2. Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and social media.
3. Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to assess technical fit, skills, and communication.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with candidates and panels.
5. ATS Management: Update candidate details and status accurately in the ATS or tracker.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. : 1 to 4 years in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
2. : Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, .NET, React, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.).
3. : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
4. : Experience in a staffing agency or consulting firm is a plus.
5. : Good negotiation skills and ability to handle notice period and counter-offers.
