Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Partner to support business growth through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The candidate will collaborate with management and different departments to monitor financial performance, control costs, improve profitability, and support strategic business decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

1. : Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
2. : Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability.
3. : Collaborate with department heads on financial decisions.
4. : Monitor cash flow, costs, and financial risks.
5. : Prepare monthly financial reports.
6. : Identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. : Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
8. : Recommend improvements to business performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
2. : 2–5 years of relevant finance experience.
3. : Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
4. : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. : Strong analytical and communication skills.
